We are trauma-informed; We recognize how childhood experience effects your beliefs and expectations of you and your place in the world. We know that your nervous system can continue to brace for an event that occurred many years ago and we help you to finally let go of that fear and tension. We are person-centered: We don't put a theory or modality on top of you. We get to know you and tailor treatment, using our clinical expertise, to best support your healing and growth. We make sure that your experience of therapy is one wherein thats encourages your empowerment. Our modalities include EMDR, EFT for Couples, Attachment Based Family Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Psychedelic Integration.
